Catalog note / 解説
Mt. Togakushi in a cloudy day. Mt. Togakushi is a favorite picnic destination for the vacationers enjoying its beautiful autumn colors. Its fiery red maples as well as its sinister resident, the Devil of Mt. Togakushi, have been the subjects of numerous art works in Japan. This rather ominous looking Mt. Togakushi by Masao Maeda seems to predict the awakening demon for the autumn season.
