Catalog note / 解説

Asago from Lady Murasaki's "The Tale of Genji". Original woodblock print by Masao Ebihara circa 1950ish. Good condition. Some foxing as shown. 9.3 x 13.0 inches. Good ink bleed through. Nice mica. Artist's seal in lower right of image. Looks like 13 wood blocks used to make this print.
