This excellent example of a shin hanga Japanese woodblock print is by Bakufu Ohno (1888-1976). I do not know the title of the print. Various web sources list its first date of publication as before 1951 and the publisher as Kyoto hanga-in. I do not know if this is a first edition of this print. This print is signed "B Ohno" in the lower right and his seal is there also. I believe the left margin contains the publisher’s seal. the print measures 14 1/4" x 9 1/4" image (15 3/8" x 10 3/8" sheet). I do not believe it has been trimmed.
