From the sosaku hanga portfolio, "Shi to Hanga" (Poem and Print) Vol.11, "Jintai: Shojo" (Human Figure: Girl). Koshiro ONCHI was a leader of Sosaku-Hanga movement and was the pioneer of abstract arts in Japan. He led the new and experimental expressions in printing art during the early 20th century through right after W.W.II. His contributions for the establishment of Japan Print Association and Japan Sosaku-Hanga Association were great.
