Catalog note / 解説
A fascinating painting by Seitei in homage or as a commission inspired by Yoshitoshi’s ghost print: The ghost of Genji’s lover, Yugao, from Tsuki hyakushi, published 3/1886. Full size: 65.5 x 13.25 in; 166.5 x 33.5 cms. Light foxing at top, otherwise good condition with ( not original ) box. Signed Seitei Watanabe ga…
