Catalog note / 解説
Yui was one of the three smallest inn districts among the Tokaido's 53 stations. There were three routes through the Satsuta pass in Yui: the lower route, middle route, and upper route. The lower route was the hardest to pass through, and thus the other two routes were made later. Title in the upper left margin. Pencil-signed in the bottom margin. Gihachiro signature in Japanese within the image area at lower right. A rarely seen print by Okuyama.
