From series, "Tokyo no Kao" (Face of Tokyo) Vol.3. Hibiya Park was the first western style park in Japan. The park has been a popular place for the young and the old because of its close proximity to the Imperial Palace and Ginza. The park also has a library and an open-air arena where large concerts are often held.
