Edition 206/470. Takasawa's bijin-ga prints are highly sought-after and rare. It is also rare to see bijin-ga prints in this large 'double-oban' size. Wonderful patterns and gradation of colours in white, blues, and red, enrich this charming image. This print was issued as a pair with the print \"Large Snowflakes\", which also had the same edition number. It is said that Takasawa's wife modeled for all his bijin prints. Takasawa's white Japanese and English signature is in the image area at the lower left, and signed in pencil in the bottom margin (right).
