Tuesday, 16 June 2009 We are offering you a Stunningly BEAUTIFUL Shin Hanga Japanese Woodblock print depicting people on boats about ready to engage in or observe what appears to be some sort of nightime ceremony involving ducks or geese that are tied together. The scene is dramtized by the artist with wonderful, deep blue colors, contrasted by the burning orange / red torches and the light reflecting off the lake. Unfortunately I am unable to discern the signature or seal of who the artist might be.
