材質: 絹本着色 寸法: 133.6×238.7 員数: 1幅 所蔵: 東京国立博物館 寺院の蓮池を背に、踏絵を踏まんとするキリシタンの女たち。三人の眼は、キリスト像一点に向けられ、信仰という内面に正面から向き合います。運命を自ら選択し、自己に目覚めた新しい女性像として描かれています。大正3年(1914)の再興記念院展に出品されました。
