Description Small fishing boat tied to a post in the water. Seitaro started from a landscape artist and was one of the founders of Japanese "Do-ga" (the fore runner of "Anime"). He studied animation pictures from the West intensely and found Kitayama Eiga Seisakusho. Width 4.8 inches = 12.3 cm Height 8.1 inches = 20.6 cm
