Monday, 16 May 2005 You are bidding on a very special LARGE PENCIL SIGNED ORIGINAL Japanese woodblock print “Dancing Bijin” pencil signed by the famous Taisho/Showa artist Kito Nabesaburo, made in 1976. Kito Nabesaburo was very famous in traditional Japanese Bijin woodblock prints, but he only made a few pieces of artwork in his whole lifetime. The size of the woodblock print is 18 x 13? inches, which is larger than the standard sized woodblock prints. All four borders are intact. The artist’s pencil signature and 44/120 written by pencil, which means the 44th print out of 120 prints, is in the lower bottom border.
