Catalog note / 解説
"Tokaido Goju-san Tsugi" (Tokaido Fifty-three Stations). A well preserved "makimono" (scroll) in two wooden boxes. The inscription said that it was given to the Yamada family in Edo in Kaei 3-nen (1850). "Hyoso" (decorative silk cover and outside treatment) was done in Kyoto in 1911. The each print size is about 365 x 243mm.
