From "Ogura Nazorae Hyakunin Isshu" ("One Hundred Poems by One Hundred Poets"). No.21, The Monk Sosei-hoshi. "Just because she said, in a moment she would come, I have waited her until the September moon of daybreak has appeared." The lower inset depicts Umewakamaru, who was murdered by a slave trader, Shinobu Sota, at the Sumida river.
