Catalog note / 解説
Historical event of 1701: Lady Kawoyo, followed by two men carrying the box of helmets, mounts the temple steps towards the council of nobles seated at the top. On the uppermost step is Tadayoshi, acting as deputy for the Shogun Takauji, at the inauguration of the temple; below him on his left is Moronao, & on his right, another commissioner, Ishido. On a lower step again is Yenya (Below Moronao), & Wakasa opposite him. (Act I)
