"Genji Goju-yo Jo" (Fifty-four Modern Feelings Alluded to the Tale of Genji). No.10. The word, Genji, is punned with the Tale of Genji. The popular Genji subjects were applied to the modern-day subjects. Prince Genji is in front of a small shito shrine and asks a Miko, a shrine maiden, to display Shinto ornaments on the altar.
