"Kisokaido Rokuju-ku Tsugi no Uchi" (Kiso Kaido Sixty-nine Stations) Fukushima Station. Urashima Taro, the Japanese Rip van Winkle. URASHIMA Tarou is going home after he spent 3 years in the dragon king's palace. The palace is fading away under the sea waves like a dream. He is sitting in front of a large turtle which gave him a ride from the dragon palace to his home village. He has not realized hundreds of years has been passed in this world.
