Matsumoto Yonesaburö played the part of the Kabuki female lead, Shöshö, and Ichikawa Omezö was Kobayashi Asahina. The small red circular seal in the upper left corner is that of Hayashi Tadamasa, a Japanese woodblock print dealer located in Paris during the late 1800s.
