材質: 中判 錦絵 寸法: 縦26.1 横19.0 員数: 1枚 所蔵: 東京国立博物館 位牌のそばに供物と水が置かれ、そこへ一匹の山棟蛇(やまかがし)がカサカサと音を立てるように巻き付いています。位牌に記された「茂問爺院」は江戸の人々が化物を総称して言った「モモンジイ」のもじり。水入れの「卍」は北斎の筆名にも用いられていることから、北斎自身の位牌とも考えられます。 （2025年初もうで展）
