材質: 横大短冊判 摺物 寸法: 縦17.2 横38.6 員数: 1枚 所蔵: 東京国立博物館 清少納言の随筆『枕草子』の有名な挿話「香炉峰（こうろほう）の雪」に見立てた作品です。中宮定子から「香炉峰の雪はどうであろうか」と問われた清少納言が、白居易（はくきょい）の詩にならい無言で御簾を巻き上げたというエピソード。本作では、江戸時代の武家の女性たちに置き換えて描かれています。
