"SANZEN'IN SHRINE, OHARA,KYOTO" -1949 Later edition ORIGINAL Image size 14.50 x 10" Condition "Pristine"-never laid down-full margins-no tears, no folds, no creases, no foxing, no stains-PERFECT! Good bleedthrough on verso (see scan). Complete with HASUI signature and Sui (see scan) and authenticated by Watanabe cartouche. Scan shows slight discoloration in margins. This does not appear on the actual print. This is, in my opinion, one of the finest examples of Master HASUI's color, graduation and blending that I have ever seen. Both the blues and the greens are deep, lush, and almost velvety in appearance. Our scan cannot capture the true beauty of this wonderful print.
