Untitled (Persimmons with Full Moon in Winter), Japanese Woodblock Print, Tokuriki (1902-2000). At least, I can't find a title. Famous for his mastery of blending of similar colors, Tokuriki sets off a superb blend of grays, blues and white with a basket of persimmons, the still scene lit by winter moonlight. The details are clear, vivid, and distinct. The moonlight is strong enough to throw shadows on the snow. This is a strong print on light-weight paper with good bleed-through; the image is clearly visible on the back of the print. The print is vivid, with all the details clear.
