Friday, 15 June 2007 This auction is for a signed and numbered piece of art, believed to be Japanese in origin. Although I can not be certain of the name, I believe it is signed Kabe. It is clearly numbered 26 of 50 and dated 1970. There are also some symbols which I believe is the title in Japanese. This piece came from the same estate as the Jacques Hnizdovsky piece we currently have listed. It belonged to an elderly lady that recently passed away. She travelled the world in the 60s and 70s and I believe this piece was purchased during her travels.
