A Fine Japanese Watercolour Attributed to Hiroshi Yoshida (1876-1950) This item was listed a few weeks ago but the winner, "ineedanap!" never paid and has now been banned by Ebay. We are therefore re-offering it. Hiroshi Yoshida is today known mainly as a print artist. Prior to his career making prints from the 1920s onwards he was primarily a very accomplished painter in watercolours. When a young man he made a trip to the States where he sold enough watercolours to finance his stay in Europe. This watercolour was last year found in an attic in Sussex together with another.
