Three famous kabuki actors, Ichikawa Sadanji (left), Ichikawa Danjuro and Onoe Kikugoro (right) are the red lions performing the lion dance in "Shakko". A legend stated that a lion appeared on a stone bridge among beautiful peonies and danced for a priest.
